Please Help / My 2000xl sometimes freezes and I have to power off/on where everything is loss from what I was working on.

whats the error message?

i get no error message. my system just freezes in the middle of a project sometimes....the system just don't respond at all.....the only way i've resolved the matter is by turning off my system and starting over from scratch.

Is your MPC a Blue one?

no, its just the regular 2000xl....(off white one)

Oh shit usually the blue ones have been doing this. Could be your memory or load OS 1.14 back up!

does anybody else have any thoughts

mine freezes sometimes when i try to sample something

i get around it by hitting shit + enter to save and AFTER a lil while the save screen will come and unfreeze
