blank screen HELP

can anyone help when i switch on my mpc the screen backlight comes on few lines then just blank nothing can anyone help me fix it

have you tried adjusting the contrast? shift + jogwheel

yeah nothing happens no sound either coming out

Have you been in the bath with it?

na mate if i did the screen wouldnt even come on at all

haha jokes... yo jus a thought but have you upgraded the ram??.. when it boots up thas what it confirms... there might be a confliction goin on somewhere... but what the funk do i know?
