USB/SCSI adapter to save my zip disk into my pc???

Hi there!
I just wondering if anyone has used an USB/SCSI adapter to tranfer data from an iomega (100mg zip disks) to a PC or MAC...just to save all de data in a save place.
Any suggestion to do this it would be welcome mates...with the adapter or anything...I just want to transfer all my songs I have done with the mpc2000 to my new MPC2500...please any way to do that!!??

i have two zip-drives, one scsi for the mpc and another regular one for the pc. so i just swap disks. thats the easiest, and regular zip-drives (100 or 250 will work) are very common and cheap
