Sampling from cassette tapes

I have the Akai GX-4000D ( bottom left) it has "Sound on Sound" overdubbing capability. I ike tape but I avoid whenever i can. There too many ways to get that "Tape" without going back to it.

I still have Nakamichi MR-1 but I haven't fired it up in years.

But YEAZ U And Get A Softer, Rounder Feel From Recodin' Ur Drums + Basses To tape Loud even If U use Regular Cassette Decks..............

tape is great

i use my tapeplayer now and then. like the round sound. feels like it even out mixes too, compressor style
