I have a 4000, motif 6, moPhatt sound module, and a microkorg hooked up to my mpc thru midi. Everything is fine and works great. but one problem, i'll make a beat on sequence 1 and have maybe drums from the moPhatt one track 1, strings from the motif on track 2 etc. after i have my 8 bars looped that i like i copy sequence 1 maybe 8 times to different sequences. go to song mode and put them in order, i'll use the track mute screen to take out different parts throughout the song. i turn on the use track mute button on the main page. everthing is perfect, i play the song and all the track mutes i did play back. but here is were the problem begins, after i have the song it's time to mix it down right? ya, i have cubase sx 2.0 and i like to record each track seperate then eq and pan using cubase. so i solo track 1, hit record on cubase and hit play in song mode on the mpc it plays back but the track mutes i recorded don't. the problem is when i solo the track the track mute events i recorded for that track won't playback. if someone can help i would appreciate it very much i tried everything, i called customer support a million times and always get the same guy that tells me he'll call me back becuase he doesn't know the answer. i don't know what else to do, and sorry this was so long i just wanted to explain it the best i could. -peace-

Sorry I couldn`t find the Addendum I download; but go to the convert to seq button (F1) in the song page. Change your song to a sequence in the To field. Next in track status field change to Off Tracks Ignored. This way your sequences won`t be converted to the setting of your first sequence in your song. And hit do it. In the lastest Addendum there are more features that I can`t remember right now possibliity some others may answer the parts I miss. Lastly record your new long sequence with mtc or mmc in the sync block on an unused track in your sequence. i hope it helps. :D
