Screwed up samples!?

Hey there, I've got a cd with drums on it, and when I go to load the samples, they either say file doesnt exist or during the preview the sample is way sped up. What the hell is wrong??

Maybe they ar not all 16 bit @ 44.1 kHz WAV samples?

they are, but i have 140 drum breaks on a CD, does the file name make a difference?[/code]
