When I first tried to buy the JJOS I didn't get the email either. It was frustrating because after I tried it once I knew that I needed to get that password so I could save and make it official.
I kept on trying and kept on NOT getting the email.
Eventually I realized that my yahoo account had a fairly strict spam protection on it that automatically deletes emails it thinks are spam. There is never anything in the spam folder because it is emptied automatically. I don't remember mutting these settings in place but now that I know they're there I know what to do in situations like this: if I am expecting an email that could POSSIBLY be construed by yahoo as a spam email, change the spamguard settings so that it deletes email later and check the spam box frequently. Or turn it off for awhile and suffer until I get the email I want.
