mpc pad sensor replacement

what's up i have a question i need to change my sensor pad and i can't figure out how to get that component piece out so i can remove the ribbon plus i broke the small plastic piece on the component i need help

No astro physics. First remove the rubber pads, then disconnect the safety plastic lock of the ribbon "fuse" and then remove the sensors.

i understand but how do you remowvw it i tried but it's breaking apart it looks like it's solder underneath and i don't want to destroy it.

Its kinda difficult to remove that plastic clip and it requires some strength. But be careful not to use to much strength.

sorry to keep bothering you but does the whole thing come out of the circuit board or just the top do i pull the ends apart or how i just need to know how to .
