mpc selling on ebay, wondering

I saw this mpc on ebay, and im wondering if its a fake or if there is anything to worry about. Its a blue 2000xl, but with a floppy drive, i didnt know they made the blue 2000xl with a floppy drive, only thought it came with a flash card drive. If theres nothing wrong with this bidding, then i am going to buy it. let me know thanks.

Someone took the MCD out of it and put a floppy in it. I would be careful cause that means it's been opened and messed with and you ain't gonna be able to tell till you get it.

yah thats what i was thinking, ill probaly hold off on that one, is it risky to get a old 2000xl model with an upgraded flashcard drive internally installed as well?

Anything that someone else did is gonna be kind of a turnoff cause that means they did and not you so you don't know how good they did it.

That looks to be a legit auction.
The first blue MPC's had ZIP drives, they later changed it to CF readers and started calling it the MCD.
So what I am saying is Akai actually made blue MPC's with ZIP drives just like the one being offered.
