Internal memory

HI Peeps,

Bit of a novice question really, I have an mpc1000 with a 100gig harddisk and 128mb internal memory.

the mpc seems to load the sounds to i guess thats the 128mb internal memory so i am i limtied to 128mb? even tho i have a 100gig hardisk.

only the 128 internal can be used for project sounds. there's no way to run them straight out of the hard disk.

sp404s, which are getting cheaper, can stream material straight off a CF card, which you can get 2 gigs. basically like having 2 gb ram.
