Problem with SCSI Drive

Anyone eles hav trouble with there scsi drive,for some reason, when i try to change floppy to scsi drive,it doesnt detect the scsi drive,dont know why,its connected properly?

you have a switch in the back it's 5 or6 switch to 5 then when you hit th e scsi on the mp witch it to 5.

tried doing that,but its still not doing anything,

theres another switch for termination. flip that one on too.
