Grid Edit & Trim Problem

Hi!
Yesterday I got the new JJ OS on my MPC. I have 2 problems ( I've read the manual and found no help there).

1. When I get in to the Grid Edit windows I see 6 options in the bottom of the screen...
Track, Q-Real, 16Pad, Delete, Mute, Solo...
I want to edit some sounds, for example....copy a hi hat and add it...move the snare sound...where can I find the EDIT option?

2. Trim Mode
I want to change the regions a little bit...but when I scroll (or move +/-) the "jump" is to big... I want to make a little change but I can because the time skips from ....for example 59500 to 59960.... and I need 59700...zooming IN and OUT doesn't help...

1. I don't use the grid editor , but i think you have to press the overdub or record button once to activate the edit options.
2. I don't know where you got your JJ OS , but when i zoom in a can make changes of 00000001 with the jog wheel.

when overdub is on.. u got the rest of the option in grid edit.
hold shift en paste is there to... its simpel. just read.
