Incorporating my MPC1000 in my set up?

I just got a MPC1000 and was woundering how I can add it in and use it with this set up:

I used a Yamaha Motif 6 connected to my PC via USB (for use in Sonar 2.1) and I want to add the MPC in there somewhere for drums. Can I do this and if so, How? Lemme know. Thanks,
