I think I erased the.......

CF card that comes with the 1000. Tried to upload sounds and nothing came up except the one sequence I saved. Is there any way to retreive them.

if u need the ones on the card, i can zip em up and send em. but mine came with 77mb worth and 128mb card im not sure what size your card is.

i dont mind sending them though.

yea its the second thing i did (1st was turn it on and proceed to drool slightly).

and a nice tip.. get a card reader instead of using the usb cable on the mpc. you have to disconnect the usb cable every time your done with a transfer or the mpc locks up (intentionally). but if u have a card reader u can pop it out anytime.

what's good foe......been a while and just had a new addition to the fam and finally getting the chance to play again.......I made a pretty hot beat but can't load it onto my mac.......it has two sequences but don't know what to do now????

What do you mean "can't load it on your Mac?? What do you mean to do with it once it's there?

after you make a sequence then what? I whant to load the beat into the mac either on itunes or garage band but it won't. do i need something specific?

If your going from the MPC to the Computer theres not really a compatible format. What you need to do is connect the MPC to the Mac's audio port (mic or audio in), or get an interface and record the sound from the MPC.

you dont send digital files over, you record the sound. If u want to tweak it u can mute all the tracks and unmute them one at a time. this way u got it in pieces and can mix it down
