How can I sinc up Reason 3.0 with my MPC1000?

I'm sure it's been posted plenty of times, but whenever I do a search I get a page display error and no searches are coming back. Someone please link me to my answer, or help me out with your own.

I have a midi keyboard radium 49 controller, and I've been making beats on it with Reason 3.0 for the last 2 years, finally got an MP and now I want to sinc up the MP with Reason 3.0 and the controller I've been using.
