hmm, really?

I was basing it only on the fact that I went to PayPal -- clicked 'Sign Up' and on the "country" pulldown menu Russia was one of the available choices.

I guess that really isn't the case though.

I would do it if the guy sent me a check in the mail first

Russian's can use paypal, russian credit cards are not accepted. as far as i understand it
