2000xl-mcd where 2 get memory

Yes, they would, but I would look for cheaper ones first. Like those:

should work as well. Basically you need 72-pin SIMMS (70 ns speed preferred). I'm not 100% sure though that FastPage/EDO modules work. But before spending $25 on shipping I would try it.

I just saw I pulled a pair of 2MB EDO Rams out of an S2000, so these should work as well.
