Hi... Is it posible that i can sync my mpc with reason in a way that i can adapt different patches at different midi tracks on my mpc at the same time?

U can sync the mpc with reason 3.0. I do it all the time.
U can access up to 16 different MIDI channels at one time. No more than that though.
