s3200xl 8-outs to 2kxl problem

Alright heads, I require your skills on this:

I just coped a 3200xl of ebay for 100 bucks and I started looting the thing. So I took the 8-outs in order to install them on my 2kxl but I can't figure out the following (except of course how am I supposed to mount the thing):

-What kind of cable I need for this? The 3200 had a P601 socket (small size) and the 2kxl has a P340 socket (large one). Does anyone know what kind of cable I need to get?

-The board had also a power plug connected on it when it was inside the 3200. Do I need to also connect it on the 2kxl? And where will I find a power socket on the 2kxl main board, cause I couldn't locate any?

You can't use those 8 outs on your 2000XL.

Well, actually there was an old thread from someone who did it. It seems non compatible in the beggining but there is no actual reason why it shouldn't work, since these two machines share the same sampleverb and filterverb boards, i.e. same circuit architecture.

it mounts on a seperate metal plate. and then goes into the mpc. there are 2 brass risers inside the mpc. youll just need the 2 screws to secure it.

Except that, I need to find what kind of cable I need for it. Do you have any idea?
