Scratching CD Players

Anyone have one of these? How do you like it? I've been looking at the Numark Axis 9. It has digital out and reads MIDI. This means you can get it to play loops like an instrument...right? I'm more into production, not DJing, but the option of putting a few cuts in my songs would be nice. It seems like a great buy to me because I have a ton of CD's and not much vinyl. What do you think??

I can't spend cash like that on a CD deck. This is for production, not DJing parties. Can anyone comment on the MIDI capabilities of? Will the MPC be able to trigger pre-set loops?

I have the pioneer cdj-800, before i got it i looked down on it and was like real turntablists use vynil, then i got it. HAHA. It some what feels like your scratchen vinyl, but sounds just like vinyl i give it 2 thumbs up
