CAN I USE THIS CABLE.

http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?c ... hgodsQLKpQ

I want to connect to my spare USB ZIPDRIVE - MODEL # z100USBNC. I know that some Zipdrives aren't allowed (last one i bought was a z100P2 didn't work)
I currently use a z100S2 and its just takin a crap on me.

If it doesn't work what type of zip or jazz drive should i look for? The cable is $35.00 and i dont want to get it if it does not work. HELP

No, I don't think that will work. Iomega scsi zip and jazz drives definitely work.

Yeah, I've been there. You find out that these adapters exist, and you think. "I can't believe that nobody's tried this yet!!" There's a reason that everybody with an MPC2000 doesn't just buy the adapter and use it with a $10 car reader. Read the FAQ at "scsi for samplers dot com", they spell it out pretty clearly.

What I ended up doing was buying a SCSI PCI card reader and MO drive on Yahoo auctions (Japan) for $30, so I'm all set. Used SCSI zip drives are usually pretty cheap, so make a visit to your local eBay.
