Bass Sounds for the MPC 1000

Does anyone have bass sounds for the MPC 1000? Or can someone point me in the right direction...

Your options..

-buy a keyboard with sounds in it...
- Buy a bass
- buy a midi controller and a rack synth
-sample basses off tracks, or buy a sample cd...

I would recommend one of the first three options

google "bass samples". there are tons of free samples out there. some are good, some are not. they are free so you have to just sift through the crap.

Thanks for knowledge people... I just wanted something inside the unit, because I take it with me a lot, and I'm not at my main setup all the time were I have access to all the stuff i need.

i basically sampled a single note from my boy's microkorg and i use that for all my bass... ran it through LP-filter and eq'ed it.. it sounds evil and i think its pretty dope to just tweak each note to fit the samples..

bass guitar, synth, samples, low pass filter.
