im thinking about getting logic pro 8 and trading my mom computers, she has a macbook pro with 1. 667 mhz of ram, and 2.16 ghz into colre duo processor.
the logic specs say it needs Minimum Requirements to Install All Applications
• Mac computer with a 1.25GHz or faster PowerPC G4 processor (PowerPC G5, Intel Core Duo, or Intel Xeon processor highly recommended)
• 1GB of RAM (2GB or more highly recommended)
• Display with 1024-by-768 resolution (1280-by-800 or higher recommended)
so my question is are any o you guys runnning logic on a macbook pro with the same specs as the one my mom has? and if so, does it run smoothly? i dont wana waste a bunch of money on logic just to find out it wont work on that computer.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
