Quick Program Edit

In OS2, it looks like the program edit from the main screen is different from GPE (Mode+Pad 7). Maybe something like "Quick Program Edit" would be a good name for it? I wonder if MUTE/SIMULT will be added to it.

yeah i have been calling it NPE, new program edit, and i like the way it's accessible to the main screen. this should keep folks who would miss OPM pleased. likewise, when GPE is done, all the ADSR stuff and NPM stuff will be in GPE...it's slick.

meanwhile i'm still using os 4.97 primarily due to audible bugs and ghost clicks in os2 .68A regarding loop points.

I actually like the glitches. If it can somehow be turned into an effect that can be resampled, then it would add another dimension. I was getting some pretty cool sweeps and random rhythms.
