Sync Screen missing

In the 'MISC' page, the sync option is missing, only F1, SETUP. Am i missing something here?

go to "main"
highlight "sync:off"
press "window"
set desired settings
turn the jogwheel and make sure it says "sync:on"

Nah the manual aint always that good, but just play around with that thing, trie pressing the window key at nearly every menu, sometimes some cool stuff will pop up that you didnt know about.

It also wont hurt to read the addendums.
