hi ya! ive lookin around but cant find nothing about some tutorials how to chop a sample in different pieces and set it into the pads.

the only ive seeing often is how to make it on the mpc2000xl but never on the 2000 it would be showed

please can anyone help me out who should known on how to do this with the 2000!

ahh okay and now when i got recorded a sample i go into the mode and press shift and trim how can i chop there the samples like i would cut it in 4zones how can i do dat

What I do is , go to the trim screen, choose the sample you want to chop, then go to edit zone, on that screen is where you select the start and end of the section of the sample you want , then press edit , then re-name it . then to the program screen then assign the sound you chop to a pad. Also change your play in the trim screen to play zone.

This allows you to select and edit the sample zone.

No prob, It took me a minute to figure it out.
