os2 updated: 0.70 up now.

Many bugs checked by MAIN, GRID, [MODE]+PAD7, TRIM, etc. were corrected.

The mixer of the track was added to [MODE]+PAD4.
Refer to manual.

well folks, looks like it's time for me to make the official switch...reverting back with the flip of a button, of course, when i need to work on some of my older jams...

ps: os 0.70 manual. i've been keeping up with the manual so i'm not completely lost when i get to play around...

All I can say is .... bugger.

Not long before (unknown to me obviously) JJ unleashed the new OS on the world - I had a radical rethink of my equipment , and a step back from my studio as it was (as I do every couple of years - I take a step back from the equipment I have been using, and re-evaluate 'is this working for me, adding to my compositions etc'... If it's not - I get rid of it and invest in new equipment ) - And i'm (kinda) sorry to say I sold my MPC 1000 and got an Elektron Machinedrum (Which I totally love incidentally)....

I just wish I had the income to justify having a Machinedrum AND the MPC 1000 with JJ OS... - Not just for the features the JJ has brought to the table - but you gotta love the almost daily fun of logging on here and seeing what stuff has happened lately....

So - in short - I'll always be lurking here to see what i've been missing out on (and saving up for a second hand 1000 on ebay!!!) - Long may the saga continue!

so with .70-I've found that once I lay a sequence--I can't adjust sample levels in the mixer---it moves up and down but volume remains the same---has anyone encountered this????

I'm using .70 and it works fine for me. I've tried both the program and track mixer and they both work flawlessly. Are you on the correct Bank?

yeah I am-----I'm not sure what the deal is---I'll restart machine and try again------thanks for the response---EDIT ok well I'm reporting back---level in GPE works--though I've never really used that----but mixer mode doesn't work...any one have any suggestions?
