I'm pretty sure this is a scam...
Just a headsup to potential bidders

I don't know if its possible to report it to ebay...

Some shady sellers want you to contact them first and buy it out of the loop...this way when you send your money and don't get anything in return, you can't gripe to ebay...
They can't do anything to help because the transaction wasn't made through their site...NEVER bid like this!
