time stretching

do i need the eb16 to time stretch on 2kxl?

No....But your starting to make me wonder if your actually all that interested in the machine you own.

For a question like that, the hunger to know should have drawn you to the manual, a search, google...Anything.

I am researching, that is why im on this forum. As far as the dumb questions, im at the level right before beginner. especially when it comes to technical stuff and terminology and all the effects i have (or dont have) at my disposal. Before i copped the ib-m208p, i was sampling in analog, saving the sounds on cf, transferring the data to my pc, and then making a beat on frootyloopz. shit is complicating yo. i gots no support or form of mentoring. all i gots is my equipment (which i dont know how to utilize), my hunger (or lack thereof?!?!), and this forum. im sure thers endless info on the net but time is money and i got neither. i think i get discouraged easily. i guess its hard to take me serious. no more dumb questions on my part. thanks for your input and your patience.

I still don't got any mentors or ppl to ask any questions, but I manage to make my way through the manual and the mpc-samples pdf tutorial. You should do the same man, it's not that difficult. And yes, I own my 2kxl only for 5 months and before I was making beats on Reason. So, BRAVO is absolutely right on this.

I have nobody, When i first got my MPC 2000XL,,,,,,Man what a great feeling....I watched the DVDs that came with it and read everything i needed help on in the manual.

I dont know nothing other than bout MPCs, i dont know what a daw is or vst or any thing....Theres know one to show me...It sucks

Go to trim screen, F5 which is edit, go all the way to the end...
