i remember the countdown also in a brand newbian track.
but i need the original record where i can find it.

Chuck sued because he felt his vocals were being connected (in his opinion) to a song promoting crack use/sales. Also Premo never clears his vocal scratches so he never got permission to use it (ie: Chuck hears a song promoting negativity with his vocals in it, plus he's not getting paid). The irony is that Flavor Flav had some drug using issues.
