screen went blank

yea umm i pressed the shift button and my screen is now completly blank. idk whats goin on i can still here the sounds assigned to the pads but i cant see anything. im hoping im just a retard and dont know what i did but if anyone knows how to fix this it would be useful. thanks

if you just updated to JJ OS... you may need to adjust the contrast by holding down SHIFT and turning the DATA wheel.
