theres many types of needles it all depends on what you want to hear ,
you can go with an audiophile needle thats goin to give you raw sound clean CLARITY sound,moe pops and crackle from the actuall record.

go with a dj needle that will color your sound make it more punchier and thicker, and that depends also on what you get ,theres many types.
i use a stanton track master works great for me , but i use those to mix so i dont really change my needle often to sample.
