dont try to write any thing to the flash card!!!
get some recovery progs..
there are some portable apps you can try.
http://www.portablefreeware.com/?q=recovery&p=2
try the one on the top "Recover files 2.0"
And you will need a compact flash reader...
I tryed to digg up some stuff ive had erased on my card trough the mpc but that didn´t work.. you need a card reader..

Ok.....I gave the card to one of my Friends and he read the FIles on his MPC-1000 and played it over the phone....so the info is still there......But the card doesn't read on my MPC. I thought it might be my drive.....But it reads my other Flash card....Any suggestions on what I should do? I was thinking maybe I should just....buy a new Flash Card and transfer the data, throughh my computer........

Ep, is his a new MPC for you? Have you loaded a new OS on your MPC? I know Akai OS's can cause problems with CF Cards.... (This is all from reading on this site over the past month)....
And was tha card Formatted using the MPC b4 you started using it?

My Friends MPC 1000 has the original operating system....I actually purchased the MPC second hand with card.......I updated the operating system to 3.0....But I did most of my work on the 3.0 operating system....The CArds weren't formated with that Operating system though....Any suggestions

Back up the info from the card to you Mac or CPU (Whichever you can do it on)... And format the card with the current OS that you are using... Then load the info back on your card and go to work....
