Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Can anybody advise as to the best places to get some decent librarys.
i dont have any at the moment and would just loading these from pc to
3.5 be the best way and just load straight into the mpc? or to invest in the mpc card reader? what is the best way...Im just starting out so need all the help and advise i can get..

with the librarys, i cant help you. but investing in a cardreader is definitely the best you can do to your baby.
i got a microtech pcd 47b and it works great. just look at ebay to get it.

youll never find a pcd reader. but if you do it will most likely be outrageously priced. if you dont mind spendin a bit just buy the kit from vst. its a bit pricy but has all required parts for an easy install and they give you a card with sounds and the os loaded on it.

yo, i got my pcd for 80 euro from ireland. i dont think this is too much.

no. from private. just look for microtech pcd.
shipping from ireland to germany was also cheap...so a good deal at all

go to mpcstuff...a mcd reader is about $150 dollars ..which is about £75 in tha uk !

Do you think those guys really drop there sounds. It's all a lie and quite frankly it pisses me right off, espeically when yur browseing the sampler catagory on ebay, and all you see is, alchemist drums, timberland drums, etc etc etc. make your own sounds fools, and then you might actually learn something, instead of trying to emulate the cream.
