Chopping and adjusting pitch with JJOS

Ok... I have my sample in and chopped up... I want to assign them to the pad banks... Once they are in... How do I adjust the pitch and tempo for the whole sampe after it is chopped up? I'm tryin to make all of my chops match up perfectly and just totally flip the sample so it doesn't sound like the original piece. I'm not sure how different the JJOS is from the way the manual tells you how to do it... but any input would be appreciated...

push mode+pad 11 and then push the whole button, and you can adjust different properties to all pads at once
