im a noobiee, how do i get my songs/seq from my xl to my pc?

Check my blog. This has been covered before but you will need to record from your mpc to your pc. Go to my blog and get the info. Its ton of info on there to get you going. Its even a video on recording from the mpc to the pc(mpc500 but works the same way).
