alrite so ive been thinking alot about buying an mpc because i want to get into sampling. heres my problem, ive tried sampling using the computer software and i just can do it. i find it really boring and i cant get anything to work. thats why i want a 2000xl. i like the fact that it has time strech and i like that fact that i can chop and sync my samples without using the pc. on the other hand, the 1000 does not have time stretching which would mean to get my samples in sync with lets say my drums, id have to stretch the sample in a software program before hand? and then bang it out on the 1000? the other thing thats holding me back from buying an xl is that most of my sound samples(strings, keys) are for reason and if i were to buy the xl, i could not use them? if anybody could provide some information regarding the sampling features of either machine, it would be appreciated. what do u guys think is more practical considering my situation? sorry if this is confusing, im kinda tired
