WELCOME

i have the jj 3.08 and i can't put a welcome screen.i'm doing all the steps that previously said but it did nothing

Then why do you claim it doesn't work with the original Akai OS if you don't even use it? Don't get confused here. The steps that were described work with the Akai OS. I don't know anything about the JJ OS, go to that forum if you want answers.
