Does anybody have any info about the file format of the PGM files? Or, if there is some kind of PC editor out there, perhaps?

The PGM maker(Blue box) makes a .pgm file and .wav files. Not quiet sure what you are asking. But you can load .wav files into Blue Box. If you havent already tried it yet you can download it off my blog.
