first time attempt at looping on 200xl..a question

recorded a 2 drum beat for the first time, now i wanna loop it to make it 8 bars long.
I have saved the program, and saved the sequence etc

however when i go to trim, then loop ...i only seem to have sounds that i can load into the trim/loop screen...no sequences or anything else is available for me to loop.

am i doing something wrong?

i have loaded my beat also...still not showing.

could it be because i saved it as a .mid file?

should i have saved it as a .snd file?

if so is there a way to choose how u save ur sequences

i have loaded my beat also...still not showing.

Go into the edit menu and edit your bars from 2 to 4 X which will equal 8 bars
