What up ya'll.

I'm trying to record a two bar drum sequence loop, and the end of what I'm recording is bleeding over to the beginning, so the start of the loop sounds messy! Is there a way to make the MPC ignore any hits after the second bar? (I've tried a few ways of trying to work around this, if it would help to know how just say the word and I'll post it).

Thank you!

Turn LOOP off. Record 2 or more bars. Subtract the extra bars you don't want. Turn LOOP back on.

Pretty simple.

Get your sample cleaned up, tweak it a bit, that's why it's not cutting off is because the sample itself hasn't been properly trimmed.

Trim it to where EXACTLY you want it to stop and begin replaying.

All about your ear homie, hone it, it takes time.

Sounds to me llike he was talking about a sequence loop, not a sample loop.
