super simple grid edit question

so i want to use a couple different pads for a snare, and i want to off set one of them just a little bit. on the 1000 i could just press window and then the samples would show up and i could move one a little bit early or later. but now im working with the 2500 and i can't seem to do that same thing by just pressing the window button. how the hell do it do it then??!

set note repeat (=quantize) to "off" then move the note manually or
mode pad6 = sample trim screen
