Honestly, that's something questionable, I wouldn't personally know how to do that, but I think it might be possible.
But, what you can do, depending if you have the necessary chords, you can record your MIDI Data onto your MPC, making a project that envolves both your MPC and Reason.
Here's my setup with it...
I run a USB Cable to my MIDI Keyboard, from there, I have a MIDI Cable going out of that from the "Out" Port, moving into my MPC, entering the MIDI "In A" Port. From there, you need to change your Track settings. For the "Drum" setting, highlight it and scroll right to "MIDI". Next, turn Program "Off" and change the, I believe "Track" to "1A". Now, to get you to hear the sounds when you playback, you're going to take a MIDI Cable, plug it into your MPC in the "Out A" Port, and transition the other end to the MIDI "In" Port of your Sound Card (For me, the MBox 2). Next, whatever you use to connect your Sound Card to your computer, whether it's a USB or Firewire Cable, take that, and plug it into your computer.
As for the Reason Preferences, go there, and go to "Advanced MIDI". From there, change your "External Bus" to "MBox 2 Pro" or whatever the name of your Sound Card is.
Then, afterwards, bring down the "MIDI" rack on your Reason, which is at the very very top, and when you play a note on your keyboard, if everything is plugged in and working correctly - You will see it blink red when pressed.
