How do you reset the effects settings on the MPC 1000 jj os?

I am running the 4.98 and I havent done it so long I can remember how to do it. I've been messing around alot with the compressor and stuff and when I want to start from scratch I cant find this feature. please holla at your little sisters baby daddy!

When you select the effect, press [WINDOW] -> reset

Its not there in 4.98. I was told this before but this option isnt popping up on my os. Also I must report to jj that my window button doesnt light up in the effects menu.

Aight, once more. Go to FX, press F1 (select), move cursor to "Eff:01", press WINDOW. Effect Name window pops up. F2 = reset.

My Window button works. 4.98 from 19th Jan.

If it still doesn't work, try a reset or reinstalling the OS.
