CAn i replace the tone fader on an MPC 2000?

I'm wondering if i can replace the tone fader on the 2000? I think its just worn out. What has to be done to replace it? Where can i get replacements? Thanks!

It's called Note Variation slider by the way.

I recently just changed the slider on my 200xl. and it's not that difficult you just need a soldering gun and a solder sucker (remover) to get the old one out. check out http://www.mpcstuff.com to get the part. and i dont know why dudes were saying it costs $90 to fix thats a RIP OFF. Holla at me if you need more help installing.
