jj os install instructions?

can someone be kind enough to give me or direct me toward some step by step installation instructions for jj os,, i have a flash card writer? do i have to format everything first? what do i adjust after the initial installation? i usually see bits and pieces of this information scattered around but it would be nice to c this all on one page. thanks

1/ save OS to CF card, can connect mpc to computer via usb or use card reader. You need tio firstly format card in mpc.

2/ ok once its on the flash card you just load it up follow on-screen directions, it will say its erasing the current os, then it will write the new one. You have to turn off mpc at the end.

3/ if you have not yet got one get a HD 120 gig so cheap thesedays, thogh you need the enclosure thing as well which is an akai product
