jj os/2 instrument-programm, how does it work?

Hi there,
what means "Program for Musical Instruments" in jj os/2? is it a possibility
to use the mpc as MIDI-sample-player from outside? how many midi-channels (poly-mode or multiimode) and samples are supported? is it usable at the same time as the sequencer? many thanks for awnsers, it would be great to use this feature and let my sp404 at home....

it's a lot different than what you have in mind.
the mpc is still monophonic unfortunately.

INST programs allow you to use multisamples - multiple samples of different notes from another instrument. many many samples are supported. it's definitely usable at the same time as the sequencer.
