How do you send a song made 4Rm MPC 1000 to A Laptop or CPU?

Now i got some traqs finished but i cant get em off tha MPC. how do i send the saved sequences that i have to a cpu. do i use the MIDI and put it on reason or can i use a USB cord and put it on audacity? i tried the audacity and its not reading the file. NEED HELLP!!! somebody Im getn Really Frustrated

The simpliest method would be recording the outputs into the Audacity for example. You can rec just 2 or 4 outs if you have the inputs for it in your audio interface for a laptop. If not, then just two-track it to a wav file.
There are some complex ways, but you can read up on that in the forum archives, plenty of stuff.
