JJ OS Sequencing

I just switched from 2.11 to jj Os (the free version)....i liked it...really as far as i can se, the differences are that u dont have to unplug the usb cable to get out of the load/save screen...and in the trim mode u can pan the stereo track to center to muffle out the words on a song (which is a ill ass feature). however...im about to switch back to 2.11 for one reason.....whats good with the sequencing??? if i turn the jog wheel from sequence 1 to sequence 2 it immediately changes to sequence 2.....it doesnt wait till the loop is finished to switch over. Is this a problem that can be corrected? Or am i gon have to switch back?
