Yeah, I wanna body you LOL. Just do some reading, will ya
And can you speak English, please? So everybody can understand what youre trying to accomplish. Not everyone is born and raised with the English language between the potatoes. We are not educated to speak LA´s. We are educated to speak English, can you do that? Never gone to school now have we? Ok now stop reading this and open your big white manual.

Problem is, between reading and actually tryin, you should be able to easily figure some of this stuff out. That same experimentation will teach you even more about the machine. The last question you asked - Play the danm sequence and figure out which one you should delete......Many of us don't mind helping but you gotta help yourself too....If you're tooo busy to do that, put it away until you free up time. Learning the 4k takes a minit......Peace...

Go to sequence edit page and do all the stuff you are trying to do just like cubuse. But you need to break out the manual dude that is necessary!!!!!!

It is easy highlight the region you want in your 2 bar using shift cursor, hit copy to clipboard, move the cursor line to the point you want and hit paste with replace or merge. More than likely you want to use replace. And there you go.

Sequence edit is useful for tracks as the other bars is for the whole sequence.

Now this is moved to newbie section cuz this is very, very basic midi.

P.S. the 4k doesn`t have audio tracks only midi tracks. It is a sampler+midi sequencer.

To get you go the right track download the S5000/S6000 manual to get to grips on the Multis, programs, and matrix it is very insightful and educational. Read the regular 4k manual concerning the midi sequencer as the sampling sections is too contrived.

It is all good it is midi editing just like on your standard DAW except you are editing only midi data aka regions. Remember that mpc contain no audio tracks only midi tracks. Midi is more versatile.
